Kidscient is a learning companion for children. Only adults (parents or legal guardians) may create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the child or children you add to the app.
Kidscient provides a voice-first AI tutor — Curio — that helps children think through problems by asking questions, not by giving answers. The service is provided by Yogaforce Consultancy LLC.

We take children's privacy seriously. Our data practices are described fully in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using Kidscient, you consent to those practices on behalf of your child.
Kidscient may offer paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and refunds are subject to their respective policies.
We aim to keep Kidscient available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, limit, or discontinue features at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you via the email on your account before the changes take effect.
Kidscient, Curio, and all related content are owned by Yogaforce Consultancy LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Kidscient is an educational tool, not a substitute for a teacher, tutor, or therapist. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yogaforce Consultancy LLC's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
